Before you write

Our connection guide, documentation, and troubleshooting guide cover common setup and offline-machine issues. If sign-in to ChatGPT or Codex fails, retry from a new conversation after checking that you can sign in to the AI Commander dashboard and that the machine is linked to the same account.

What to include

Tell us the client you use, your machine's platform, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the problem. Include an error message or diagnostic report if available. Do not email session codes, API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, private files, or command output containing secrets.

Security and billing

Use the same address for Pro billing questions; security reports go to the contact in security.txt. If you believe an account or machine is compromised, use the dashboard's security controls to revoke access and describe the issue in your email. The privacy policy and terms describe the service and your rights.
